IMPORTANT NOTICE | Beware of Investment Scams Impersonating Enova Capital Management Pte Ltd

Enova Capital Management Pte Ltd (the “Company”) has recently become aware that certain individuals have been impersonating the Company by misusing its name, corporate information, logo and the identities of its employees through Telegram, WhatsApp, WeChat and other social media and communication platforms.
These individuals have been soliciting funds by promoting investment opportunities offering high returns and, in some cases, instructing investors to transfer funds to personal bank accounts or unauthorised third-party accounts.
The Company hereby solemnly declares that such activities are not authorised by, and have no connection whatsoever with, Enova Capital Management Pte Ltd.
1. Official Company Name and Website
The Company is a Capital Markets Services Licensee regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) for fund management activities.
The only legal and official name of the Company is:

The Company does not conduct business under any other name and has not authorised any person or entity to represent the Company under any alternative or similar name, including but not limited to “Enova Capital Group”, “Enova Capital Group Ltd”, “Enova Group” or any other similar name.
The only official website of the Company is:

Other than the website stated above, the Company does not have any other official website.
2. No Official Social Media Accounts or Investment Groups
Apart from its sole official website, the Company does not maintain or operate any official Telegram, WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (formerly Twitter), TikTok, YouTube or other social media accounts, investment groups or chat groups.
Any individual, account or group using the name Enova Capital Management Pte Ltd, Enova Capital Group, or any other similar name, and claiming to represent the Company through the above-mentioned platforms for the purpose of promoting investments, soliciting funds, providing investment advice or requesting payments, is not authorised by the Company and has no affiliation with the Company.
3. Investment Funds and Anti-Scam Reminder
The Company:
- Does not publicly solicit investments or establish investment groups through social media;
- Does not instruct investors to transfer funds to personal bank accounts, personal e-wallets or unauthorised third-party accounts;
- Does not make promises of “guaranteed returns”, “high returns”, “risk-free profits” or similar investment returns through unofficial channels;
- Offers investment products only to investors who meet the applicable eligibility requirements and in accordance with the relevant fund and subscription documents.
If you receive any suspicious investment invitation, payment instruction, QR code, website or group link, do not transfer any funds, click on any links, or provide personal or banking information.
4. If You Have Been Scammed
If you have transferred funds to a suspicious account or believe that you may have been the victim of a scam, please contact your bank immediately and make a report to the Singapore Police Force.
Please also retain all relevant evidence, including chat records, telephone numbers, account details, website links, payment records and screenshots.

The Company has reported the relevant impersonation and fraudulent activities to the Singapore Police Force and notified the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS). The Company reserves all rights to take appropriate legal action against the relevant individuals and entities.
